Pearly penile papules are asymptomatic acral angiofibromas, commonly observed in men post-puberty, with an incidence rate of up to 35%. They are particularly prevalent in black and circumcised men. Accurate diagnosis is essential to alleviate patient anxiety and avoid unnecessary treatments.
Treatment Options:
